These Terms of Use and General Terms and Conditions of Datapetal GmbH, Hagenholzstrasse 81A in 8050 Zurich (hereinafter "Provider" or individually "Party") consist of two parts:

(I) the Terms of Use for accessing and using the Provider's Website
(II) the General Terms and Conditions, including annexes, for the use of the Provider's Software-as-a-Service services (hereinafter "SaaS-Services"

The General Terms and Conditions, apply in addition to the Terms of Use, as soon as the user or customer (hereinafter “User” or individually "Party" and together with the Provider "Parties") creates a user account to access the SaaS-Services.
